Staff Presented with Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. 2021 Caliber Awards
Two For All Seasons staff members were recently awarded the Mid Shore Behavioral Health 2021 Caliber Awards Achieving Excellence in Public Behavioral Health. The Mary Beth Brennaman Award was awarded to Kathy Langrell, Supervisor of Client Services, for her unconditional commitment to, and passion for, the mission and vision of her organization; sincere compassion to the population served, and humor, generosity, spirit, and an overall outstanding attitude to the workplace; and an exceptionally positive attitude and support for their team, and consumers served.
Kathy Langrell started at For All Seasons thirteen years ago in For All Seasons Client Services Department. Since then, she has worked her way up to become Supervisor of Client Services. Beth Anne Langrell, CEO, comments, “Kathy has put together and nurtured a stellar Client Services team with a perfect welcoming environment and a tenor of care for our agency clients. She is the first person to show up at the agency every single day, and she makes sure everything is ready to go for her team and our clients.”
“Kathy has a heart of gold and wants very much to be of service to our clients and staff – ensuring smooth connections for scheduling, therapy, and psychiatry for everyone who walks in the door. She always has a smile and puts a smile on the faces of everyone. Kathy has set an example of what our Client Services team should be for the community we serve.”
The Unsung Hero Award was awarded to Katie Theeke, Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the enormous contributions she has made working in the background with a committee of volunteers and team members to enhance For All Seasons messaging in order to reach more community members needing mental health services.
Katie Theeke came to For All Seasons in May of 2019 filling a brand-new position as a marketing and communications professional. In two short years, Katie transformed For All Seasons’ public face creating a strong brand presence with a new logo, website, brochures, rack cards, and a comprehensive annual report. For the first time, the agency’s public face matches the professionalism of its team and the quality of services that it provides to the community.
“The timing of Katie’s initial work to transform our web presence could not have been better given the realities of Covid-19. When the pandemic hit, we already had the new website, some new brochures and rack cards, language, graphics, photo licenses, social and other content in place. When the state of emergency hit, we were prepared to begin emergency digital communications with our clients, our partners, and the public all at once,” states Beth Anne Langrell, CEO.
