Beth Anne Dorman, MS
Lesa Lee, LCSW-C
Lesa is a highly respected, seasoned licensed clinical social worker who has been with For All Seasons since 2007. For All Seasons is known for its clinical excellence thanks, in large part, to Lesa’s expertise and oversight of the clinical team. She serves as a member of the executive leadership team, provides supervision to the clinical staff, and works closely with the CEO, CMO, COO, and CFO. Lee holds numerous professional certifications, including a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified (LCSW-C) and Level I and II trauma certifications through The University of Maryland and Ferentz Institute. She is trained in Theraplay and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP). She is a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and a Certified First Responder Counselor, evidencing her commitment to continual learning and mastery in her field.
William Cerrato, D.O.
Dr. Cerrato is double Board-Certified in both General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Cerrato has extensive experience in various aspects and settings of psychiatric care, including expertise in implementing telepsychiatry programs. Cerrato is a leader in his field utilizing a holistic treatment approach that incorporates therapy and medication management for his clients. As Chief Medical Officer, he leads one of the largest outpatient psychiatry teams on the Shore, ensuring expert care is available to all children, adolescents, and adults.
Patti Cannon, MBA
Patti Cannon brings over 30 years of business leadership experience to the agency with expertise in operations, strategy, quality initiatives, and project management. Patti’s leadership has been key in leveraging the technology-driven systems transformation and motivating teams across the agency to achieve strategic organizational goals. Patti works closely with the CEO and CFO to create strategic and innovative service delivery models that increase the agency’s capacity to support the mental health demands of our community.
Tina Grace Jones, MBA
Tina leads the financial strategy of For All Seasons and provides oversight to the agency’s human resources. She received a BS in Economics and her MBA at Virginia Tech. She brings a wealth of professional experience, previously serving as Deputy Executive Director at FreeState Justice; Vice President of Administrative Services at Chesapeake College; Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sotera Defense Solutions; and Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, now known as Qlarant.
Katie Theeke, M.Ed
Katie leads the agency’s marketing and communication team to ensure that For All Seasons’ life-saving mental health and victim services are well-known throughout the communities For All Seasons serves. Through her thorough leadership of media and outreach, For All Seasons is embedded everywhere in our region. She earned a Master’s in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan. Katie is focused on reducing stigma and supporting mental health accessibility through thoughtful design and communication work.
Lauren Weber, MBA, ACNP
Lauren leads the agency’s strategic initiatives, including For All Seasons’ fundraising program and the Center for Learning, which educates the community at large, crime victims, partners, and mental health providers on topics related to mental health and victim advocacy. Lauren holds an MBA with a focus in leading innovation and change and has been awarded the Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional credential from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. She is also a certified practitioner of Results-Based Accountability.

Our agency invests in the professional expertise of our entire team to ensure that 100% of our team members are trauma-informed, culturally competent, and knowledgeable about the mental health challenges facing our community. All For All Seasons clinicians become trauma-certified by the Ferentz Institute or TraumaPlay. For All Seasons employees regularly participate in education and trainings around diversity, equity, and inclusion; patient privacy and HIPAA compliance; patient-centered care; ethics; and burnout prevention. Additionally, all For All Seasons team members are Dare to LeadTM trained by Certified Dare to LeadTM facilitators Chief Executive Officer Beth Anne Dorman and Chief Clinical Officer Lesa Lee, LCSW-C.
