Due to the limited amount of mental health assessment slots available per day we recommend arriving as close as possible to the start time of Open Access at each location. (The intake can be approximately 25 minutes and the mental health assessment can be up to 1 hour long.)
If we reach capacity for the number of slots on the day you visit, we encourage you to come back at your convenience on another day. Our staff will be available to answer any questions.
To ensure a smooth intake experience, please bring your driver’s license, insurance cards, and any custody documentation you have if the identified client is a minor or if you are the power of attorney/ legal guardian to someone over the age of 18. If you require financial assistance, please call our billing department at (410) 822-1018 x311 for more information regarding documentation you will need to bring.
Once you complete the intake and mental health assessment, you will be scheduled for ongoing mental health appointments at an agreeable date, time, and location (there are seven For All Seasons locations across the Shore.) In-person and telehealth options are available.
We will make every attempt possible to honor your primary choices; however, assignments are ultimately determined by several factors. If the office location or the times you request are not available, we will work with you to find alternative location/time options.
If you are seeking psychiatric services, a therapist will be able to complete a referral to our psychiatry department after you complete the initial mental health assessment. This helps our agency to better understand the full scope of services available at For All Seasons you might benefit from.
