IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER – Please read through to the bottom of the page.

  • Bring your driver’s license, insurance cards, and any custody documentation if the client is a minor or if you are the power of attorney/legal guardian for someone over age 18.
  • Open Access has two parts: an intake (approximately 25 minutes) followed by a mental health assessment with a therapist (up to 1 hour).
  • We offer multiple same-day therapy appointments during Open Access hours and encourage you to arrive early for the best chance of being seen that day.
  • All individuals who arrive during Open Access hours will complete their initial intake. If same-day therapy appointments are full, we will schedule your assessment within 24 hours.
  • Our goal is to connect everyone with services as quickly as possible.
  • If you require financial assistance, please call our billing department at (410) 822-1018 x404 for information about required documentation.
  • If you are seeking psychiatric services, a therapist can provide a referral to our psychiatry department after your initial mental health assessment.
  • If you are enrolling multiple children for individual services, you may need to bring them on different days. A parent or guardian must be present during each child’s intake, and children may not be left unattended in the lobby.
CALL OUR OFFICE AT (410) 822-1018 IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE! OUR STAFF IS ON HAND BY PHONE AND ALSO WHEN YOU COME FOR YOUR VISIT TO HELP GUIDE YOU THROUGH THIS PROCESS.
