IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER – Please read through to the bottom of the page.
- During your telehealth visit, please ensure you are not driving and you are in a secure location within the state of Maryland. Reliable high-speed internet is required. For the best experience, connect via a laptop or tablet.
- Bring your driver’s license, insurance cards, and any custody documentation if the identified client is a minor or if you are the power of attorney/ legal guardian to someone over the age of 18.
- Once your Open Access visit is complete you will be scheduled at an agreeable date, and time for ongoing therapy appointments
- Open Access is a first-come first-serve program. Due to the limited amount of mental health assessment slots available per day, we recommend arriving as close as possible to the start time of Open Access (The intake is approximately 25 minutes and the mental health assessment can be up to 1 hour long.)
- If you require financial assistance, please call our billing department at (410) 822-1018 x404 for more information regarding the documentation you will need to bring.
- If you are seeking psychiatric services, a therapist will be able to complete a referral to our psychiatry department after you complete the initial mental health assessment.
