Join the effort to promote suicide prevention and awareness in our community! For All Seasons invites you to enjoy complimentary refreshments and live music by Black Dog Alley at our Suicide Prevention Campaign Kick-Off on Oct 4 at the Bartlett Pear.
The kick-off marks the start of our SHOP & DINE week from Oct 5 – 12. Local businesses are showing their support for suicide prevention by donating a percentage of sales to same-day crisis appointments at For All Seasons.
Suicide does not discriminate, affecting people of all genders, ages, and ethnicities. Many different factors may contribute to someone making a suicide attempt. For All Seasons hopes that by discussing the signs and symptoms associated with suicide that it can raise awareness about the issue in our community. Because family and friends are often the first to recognize the warning signs of suicide, they can be critical to helping an individual find treatment with a provider who specializes in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
NO MATTER WHAT . . . YOU MATTER Suicide Prevention Campaign’s goals are to provide some of the warning signs of suicide and tips for how to help prevent suicide while raising funds for For All Season Suicide Prevention services. The campaign began in 2017 and over the last two years has partnered with Easton businesses in the weeklong event where businesses choose to donate a portion of the proceeds from their sales the first week of October to For All Seasons. The campaign starts with a kick-off reception in downtown Easton on First Friday.
