Learn key skills for healthy connections, safety, and support

Healthy relationships shape teen life. They affect confidence, school success, and overall well-being. This asynchronous online course offers practical tools to help teens understand healthy relationship patterns, find support when needed, and handle digital challenges.

Nearly one in three teens reports emotional abuse in dating relationships, and one in ten reports physical harm from a partner (CDC Youth Risk Behavior Survey). Healthy relationship education reduces risk and increases help-seeking behavior among teens and youth services networks.

The course includes short, engaging videos on core topics related to respectful communication, consent, boundaries, warning signs of harm, how to find help, and how to navigate relationships online. Parents, educators, youth services professionals, and teens themselves can use this resource to build shared understanding and stronger, safer connections.

This course is free and self-paced. You may complete it on your own time. After registration, you will receive an email with access instructions.

Funded by the Women & Girls Fund.

Support Survivors Community Art Projects - Stop by your Closest Location to Participate!

This April, we’re expanding our Support Survivors Community Art Project across all five Mid-Shore counties, and YOU'RE INVITED!
  • Stop by a location near you
  • Write a message of hope on a denim patch
  • Pick up materials that spread awareness and support
The denim symbolizes Denim Day, which began after a 1990s Italian court ruling that sparked global outrage by suggesting clothing implied consent.
Each patch will first be displayed in the community, then become part of a permanent installation in the Rape Crisis Center at For All Seasons, serving as a lasting reminder that no survivor walks alone.

40 Hearts for Healing

In recognition of our 40th Anniversary and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we’re launching 40 Hearts for Healing.

This peer-to-peer campaign supports For All Seasons' services, helping ensure individuals and families in our community have access to sexual assault crisis support, mental health care, prevention education, and trauma-informed services.
As part of the campaign, participants invite 40 friends, family members, or colleagues to give $40, spreading awareness while making a meaningful impact. Together, these small acts of generosity add up to life-changing support for those who need it most.

Sexual Assault Awareness Videos

For All Seasons staff came together to share powerful video messages on building a community of prevention, understanding drug-facilitated sexual assault, separating myths from facts, and reminding you that our team is always here. We’re also talking about the role each of us plays in prevention.

We’ll be sharing these throughout the month of April on our social media. Follow along on Instagram and Facebook and be part of the conversation!
